Maybe your explanation... Since most people have consequently not planned this anymore in their schedule, it is hard to keep this meeting and we will need to cancel it for this week. If nobody shows up, I see no reason why we should keep it. I suggest that we instead meet at some other slot, in a smaller committee, to finalize the document and merge request.
