Dear Josep and All,
(It is wiser to cancel the meeting with this mishap most will not show up).
I noticed also that "this very meeting" disappeared also from my calendar, for tomorrow. No clue why? Maybe your explanation...
Since most people have consequently not planned this anymore in their schedule, it is hard to keep this meeting and we will need to cancel it for this week.
If nobody shows up, I see no reason why we should keep it.
I suggest that we instead meet at some other slot, in a smaller committee, to finalize the document and merge request.
I will send a email to find a common slot for this smaller group, to identify an additional slot before the regular meeting of next week.
