The opportunity for an Infrastructure Federation Model

Hello, As commented in today's Meeting, considering the interest of being able to deploy an Infrastructure Federation for a given Project, I think there is the opportunity to define a Federation Model for Infrastructure, with the same approach as the Dataspaces Model for Data.
